Throughout his career, he played a pivotal role in developing and transforming internal audit departments into a value-added function. As a true business partner, Samer ensures alignment with organizational objectives and upholds the highest standards of quality, independence, and professionalism.

Samer has skillfully led teams in analyzing data and identifying operational inefficiencies, fraud, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.

Samer holds a Bachelor degree of Accounting from AUST in UAE. He also has professional accounting qualifications from UK, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). He is a member of these professional organizations.
